Rugby Patios

Rugby Patios

Laying patios across Rugby and the surrounding area

From the first cut of a slab to the final pointed joint, every job we take on gets our full attention. We’ve been laying patios in Rugby long enough to know what the ground here throws at you, and we plan for it.

What we work with

  • Porcelain tiled patios, including porcelain corner step tread bullnose detailing on raised areas
  • Indian sandstone and limestone slabbing
  • Concrete flagstone installations
  • Garden paths and paved areas
  • New walling and timber fencing
  • Artificial grass and natural turf lawns

How we work

Proper sub-base preparation is where most patios either last or fail. We excavate to the correct depth, lay a compacted MOT Type 1 aggregate base, and set falls at a minimum gradient of 1:80 to keep drainage well away from the house.

We cover Rugby and the neighbourhoods around it, broadly from the CV21 and CV22 postcodes outward. If you live within a reasonable distance of Brownsover Community Primary School, there’s a fair chance we work in your area, it’s worth a call to check.

Materials and finish

Porcelain is what most customers come to us for now. It’s dense, low-maintenance, and holds colour well over a Rugby winter. Sandstone suits a more traditional garden, however, and we’re just as comfortable working with it. Limestone is a softer option that we handle carefully to avoid staining during the lay.

Payment terms

  • A deposit is required on booking to secure your start date
  • Stage payments apply on larger projects, agreed in writing before work begins
  • Final balance is due on completion
  • We accept bank transfer and cash
