Daventry Patios
Daventry Patios
Patio installation across Daventry and the surrounding area
First job I ever priced was a back garden so badly sloped the customer had already had two other lads walk away from it. We took it on.
That kind of job is what we do. Awkward plots, difficult ground, gardens that need proper groundwork before a single slab goes down. We cover Daventry and the wider Warwickshire area, and we’ve laid everything from small courtyard patios off the NN11 postcodes right out toward the rural villages beyond Coombe Abbey country park.
What we install
- Porcelain tiled patios
- Indian sandstone and limestone paving
- Concrete flagstone installations
- Garden paths and paving
- New walling and timber fencing
- Artificial grass and turfed lawns
Right, here is something worth knowing before you go down the DIY route. Clay-bound gardens and sloping plots are a different animal entirely. Clay moves with the seasons, and a slope means water has somewhere to travel, so if your sub-base is not properly compacted and your 4:1 sharp sand cement bedding mortar is not laid to a consistent depth, you will be lifting slabs inside eighteen months. It is a desperate amount of work for something that fails. We set the levels, we sort the drainage, we do it once.
On the materials side, porcelain is dense, low-maintenance and holds colour well through a British winter. Sandstone gives a warmer, more natural look, it’s very popular around here. So there is no single right answer, it comes down to your garden and your budget and we will always be straight with you about both.
We work clean, we leave the site tidy, and we do not disappear between phases of a job. That is not the way we operate.
