A bit about how we work

A customer once said we’d “tidied up half of Hythe.” I’ll take that.

We’ve been building and renovating across this part of Kent for long enough to know the ground conditions, the soil types, and how the weather off the coast plays havoc with older brickwork. That knowledge matters when you’re planning an extension or laying new foundations.

What we take on

We cover most things a builder gets asked about around here, from loft conversions and structural alterations to plastering, rendering, and groundworks. A new garage is one of the jobs that comes up again and again, and we enjoy them, there’s something satisfying about handing over a solid, well-finished space.

Local knowledge counts

We work regularly around Folkestone, Sandgate, and out towards the Romney Marsh edge. Every site is a little different, and knowing the local ground conditions before we even break soil saves a lot of trouble later (and a fair bit of money for the customer too).

I won’t pretend we’re the flashiest outfit going, but we do take the work seriously and we treat people’s homes with respect. That matters more to me than anything else.

How we approach the job

We give straightforward advice, honest quotes, and we show up when we say we will. If something changes mid-job, which does happen in building, we talk it through before we just crack on.

Every project gets the same care, whether it’s a small repair or a full structural alteration. That’s just how we run things.
