What we do

From the ground up, building is what we know. Based in Orpington and working across BR5, BR6, and into the surrounding area, we take on everything from full extensions and new builds through to structural alterations and everyday maintenance.

The work itself

Every project starts with the structure. We handle groundworks and foundations properly, which means getting the concrete mix, compaction, and drainage right before anything goes up. Brickwork, blockwork, loft conversions, garage conversions, plastering and rendering, it all falls within what our team does week in, week out.

One thing that comes up more than people expect around here, particularly near the older housing stock towards Chislehurst and down toward Green Street Green, is damp. We deal with it properly. That includes applying a chemical damp proof anchor injection into the mortar course, then replastering with a salt-resistant mix once the wall has dried back.

Renovations and alterations

Plenty of our work in Orpington involves existing properties. A side return extension, a structural wall coming out, a loft being opened up, these jobs need someone who reads the building before they start swinging anything. We take that seriously.
