Repair or full replacement, which makes more sense?

Soffits and fascias take more punishment than most people realise. Once moisture gets behind a failing board, it works its way into the rafter feet. We see it regularly. Catching it early costs a fraction of what timber repairs run to later. It’s not glamorous work, but it matters.
