Dun Laoghaire Guttering
Dun Laoghaire Guttering
Dun Laoghaire and the surrounding coastal stretches get a fair amount of rain. Guttering takes a beating here, and when it fails, you feel it fast.
We cover the full job. New installations, repairs, re-aligning runs that have dropped their fall, replacing fascia and soffit boards, fitting leaf guards, and sorting downpipes that have come away from the wall.
- uPVC, aluminium seamless, and cast iron gutters
- Half-round, ogee, and square-line profiles
- Soffit and fascia replacement in uPVC
- Leaf guards and gutter mesh
- Hopper heads, rainwater outlets, and water butt diverters
- Connection to existing soakaways and gullies
On older properties especially, those external angle 135 degree mitre joints are where the problems start. Water backs up, brackets pull loose, and the whole run goes out of true. We use quality aluminium stock from Lindab, so the fabrication holds up properly over time.
Real work done right.
Planning permission is something people ask about. For like-for-like repairs or replacements on a standard house, you generally do not need it. If you are making significant changes to a protected structure, that is different, and I will always tell you straight if something needs checking with the council first.
You, the customer, should never be left guessing about that side of things.
We work right across Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Dalkey, Killiney, Sandycove, and into south County Dublin generally. Most jobs are done in a day. I give a clear price before we start and I do not move that figure on you.
