We’re a building company based in Beckenham, and we’ve been getting our hands dirty on residential and commercial projects across this part of South East London for years. From the streets near Beckenham Place Park to the older Victorian terraces around Clock House and out towards Crystal Palace, we know the housing stock here well.

What we take on

Extensions are the core of what we do. There are more types than most people realise, and we work across the full range:

Alongside extensions, we handle loft conversions. We’ve done dormer builds, hip-to-gable jobs, Velux-only works, and full mansard conversions where permitted development doesn’t stretch far enough. Loft conversions suit a lot of homes in BR3 and the surrounding postcodes, and we can advise quickly on what your roof structure will and won’t allow.

The structural side

We don’t shy away from the heavier end. Groundworks. Foundations. Structural alterations where load-bearing walls come out and steel goes in. Right, that’s the kind of work a lot of builders pass on, but it’s where we’re comfortable. We carry out a full masonry programme too, brickwork and blockwork, plastering and rendering, inside and out.

New builds and bigger projects

We take on new builds from the ground up. Substructure, superstructure, the envelope, the fit-out. The specification of our new build programme follows Part A and Part L compliance as standard, which keeps things clean for building control sign-off.
