British weather does not forgive bad building work

Rain gets in. Frost heaves foundations. Damp creeps through poorly pointed brickwork before you even notice it. We have seen what the BR postcode winters do to houses that were not built or maintained properly, and that is exactly why we do this work the way we do.

The broader scope

We do loft conversions, garage conversions, and new builds. Last year we put up a new garage for a family in Bromley who needed proper storage separate from the main house. Straightforward job done right. That is what we aim for every time.

We also carry out structural alterations, plastering and rendering, and general building maintenance. (Rendering, in particular, takes a proper eye in this climate because a bad mix will crack by February.) We do not cut corners on prep work. That is usually where the problems start.
