How We Actually Work

When we strip walls back on older Tonbridge properties, damp is a recurring issue. We deal with it properly, including installing chemical damp proof injection, which involves drilling a series of holes into the mortar course and injecting a silane-based cream to create a reliable barrier. Honestly, you’d be amazed how often this gets skipped by others and causes bigger problems later.
