What does Kilternan Guttering actually cover?

What kind of problems do we fix?

Most calls we get come down to one of a handful of issues. Sagging runs where bracket spacing has gone wrong over time. Joints pulling apart where gutter union seal silicone failure has set in, often after a few freeze-thaw winters. Downpipes blocked or cracked at the collar. We realign, re-fall, reseal and replace what needs replacing, and we leave it straightforward to maintain after we’re gone (that matters more than people realise, honestly).

What about fascia, soffit and roofline work?

Roofline work often gets overlooked until the guttering starts pulling away from the board. We replace timber and uPVC fascia and soffits as part of a full roofline package. Is it worth doing both at the same time? In most cases, yes. Doing it in two separate visits costs more and disturbs the finish.
