Materials we know well

We work with what suits the job. Porcelain for low maintenance. Sandstone for character. I have even specified Donegal quartzite on a couple of jobs where the client wanted something that would genuinely wear hard over time, and it holds up beautifully.

We use solid sub-bases. Proper compaction. Sharp sand beds laid to fall. (Some customers are surprised we spend more time on what goes underneath than what goes on top, but that is exactly the point.) We have worked with Liscannor flagstone too, so we know how natural materials behave across seasons.

Fencing, walling and lawns

It is not just paving. We fit timber fencing, build garden walls, and lay both real turf and artificial grass. I will be honest, artificial grass used to feel like a compromise to me. Now I see why people choose it. Done right, it looks smart and saves hours of maintenance.
