Grants and BER

We work with the SEAI grant scheme and we can advise you on what you’re likely to qualify for before any work starts. A properly insulated home, with airtightness values brought inside the thresholds required under current building regulations, will see a measurable jump in its BER rating. That matters if you’re selling or renting.

Where we work

We’re based in County Tipperary and take on jobs across the county and into neighbouring areas. We know the older housing stock well around Cashel, Thurles, and out near Lough Derg. A lot of those homes have uninsulated cavity walls or outdated attic insulation, sometimes both.
