Where we work

We’re local. Most of our work comes from across the CH2 postcode and the surrounding areas. And we know this patch well, having worked on properties near Ellesmere Port, close to the Stanlow refinery corridor, and out towards Helsby. The ground conditions vary, the build ages vary, and we adjust to all of it.

But local doesn’t mean limited. We take on larger contracts too, new builds, full renovations, structural work. The size of the job doesn’t change how we approach it.

How we work

We show up when we say we will. We use solid materials and we don’t cut corners on prep work, because that’s always where problems start. Foundations matter. Blockwork matters. Getting the groundworks right before anything goes on top of them matters. Most people only notice building work when it goes wrong, which is a reasonable way to look at it.

We give straight quotes, no inflated figures, no sudden extras halfway through.
