How we got started

A neighbour’s leak turned into a full replacement, and that was that.

We have been working on roofs across Pickering and the surrounding area long enough to know that no two jobs are the same. Every house has its own quirks, its own history, its own trouble spots.

What we do

Our approach

We keep things straightforward. You get an honest look at what is there, a clear price, and no surprise calls halfway through the job (I have been known to underestimate how long a tea break takes, but never a quote).

We work across Pickering, out towards Altona Forest, and regularly take on jobs around the Dunbarton neighbourhood too. We know these streets, the roof ages on the older semis, the way the weather comes in off the lake.

Materials and quality

The materials we specify are ones we would put on our own homes. Proper underlayment, correct fixings, adequate ventilation. However, it is not just the materials that matter, it is the finish and the follow-through.

We stand over our work after the job is done. If something is not right, we come back and sort it.
