Materials and Methods

When it comes to asphalt shingles, we work with products that carry a proper manufacturer warranty, nothing cut-price that will fail in the first hard winter. For flat roofs, modified bitumen membrane is the standard we rely on most, it bonds well, it drains properly, and it holds up through freeze-thaw cycles without lifting at the seams.
