One job we come across regularly is damp proofing. Older Cheshire properties especially can suffer from rising damp, and part of the fix often involves putting in a chemical damp proof injection, working along the mortar course to create a proper barrier. It’s not glamorous work, but get it wrong and no decoration will last.

When it comes to materials, we work with facing brick, dense concrete block, insulated cavity construction, and sand and cement render as standard. When the project calls for something specific, we source it. No substitutions without your say-so.
