Leamington Spa Patios
Leamington Spa Patios
A decent summer deserves a decent garden
Right, we get maybe eight good weekends a year outdoors. Make them count. A well-laid patio changes how you actually use your garden, full stop.
We’re based just off the Warwick Road side of town, not far from The Newbold Comyn Arms, and we cover CV31, CV32 and the surrounding postcodes. Leamington Spa is our patch and we know it well.
What we do
- Porcelain tiled patios and paths
- Indian sandstone and limestone slabbing
- Concrete flagstone installations
- New walling and timber fencing
- Artificial grass and turfed lawns
Old flags versus modern porcelain
A lot of our customers come to us replacing tired York-stone-style flagstones that have been down thirty years. Good material in its day. Vitrified porcelain, however, is a different conversation. Tighter tolerances, near-zero water absorption, and it doesn’t green up over a damp Warwickshire winter the way natural stone will.
The anti-slip question
Wet patios are a real hazard. We often specify a flame-textured granite anti-slip finish on steps and threshold areas, particularly for older clients or north-facing gardens that stay damp. (I’ve slipped on a polished stone step myself, so it’s not just a sales point.) That texture gives genuine grip underfoot without looking industrial.
How we work
We prep properly. We dig deep. We get the falls right. Drainage is boring until it goes wrong, then it’s all anyone talks about.
Short sentences here. No fuss. Honest pricing. Clean finish. That’s the job.
I’ll be straight with you, I’m not much for flowery brochure writing, but I do know how to lay a patio that lasts twenty years.
