What we do

From the ground up, we handle the full range of building work across Neston and the surrounding area. Extensions, new builds, structural alterations, groundworks, loft conversions, plastering and rendering. We get stuck in and we do it properly.

Converting garages is something we get asked about a lot at the minute. Good value square footage for a family who needs more room, and the structural work involved suits us well.

How we work

We measure twice. We order the right materials. We don’t cut corners on prep, because that’s where most building problems start. Soft ground, damp courses, lintels over openings, all of it gets done right.

We use facing brick, engineering brick and dense concrete blockwork depending on what the job calls for. Render mixes are matched to the existing finish on the house (a detail a lot of builders skip, honestly).

Short sentences follow. We plan before we dig. Waste gets cleared. Groundwork is levelled properly. Blockwork goes up straight.

However sceptical you are about getting a builder in, we understand that. Most people have had a bad experience. We’d rather show you what we’ve done nearby than make big claims.
