First job I ever laid was on a coastal plot. Salt air off the water had wrecked the original surface inside four years. That stuck with me. Coastal salt exposure does real damage to poorly specified materials, and it shaped how I think about every installation we do now.

We work with porcelain, sandstone, concrete flags, and block paving. Each material has its own requirements. Porcelain wants a different adhesive bed to sandstone. Sandstone needs sealing if you want it looking well for years, and that is not the sort of thing you want to be told after the fact, if you know what I mean.

Our fencing work covers close-board timber panels and concrete post systems. For lawns, we lay both roll-on turf and artificial grass. Tidy results every time.
