Who we are

Canvey Island, Essex: that’s where we’re based, and it’s where most of our work lands. We know the ground here, literally. The soil conditions, the drainage quirks, the tight rear-access situations on older terraced rows where you can’t get machinery through and everything has to come in by hand.

We’re not a big outfit pretending to be small. We’re a hands-on crew who lay patios, put up fencing, and sort gardens out properly.

How we work

We price the job honestly before anything gets started. No guesswork left with you, no bill that doubles by the end. If a terraced rear-access constraint means the labour cost shifts, we tell you upfront, not halfway through.

Is there a material that suits every garden? Not really. We talk through what you’ve got, the light, the slope, how much you want to maintain it, and we go from there. Porcelain is low-maintenance and sharp-looking. Sandstone beds in beautifully but needs sealing. We give you the straight version, not the sales version.

Where we work

We cover Canvey Island and the surrounding parts of Essex. We’ve done small courtyard jobs and full rear-garden overhauls. The scale doesn’t matter as much as getting the groundwork right underneath, because that’s what the whole thing sits on, and it’s where most patios fail when they’re done badly.
