How we work

We assess the roof before we touch it, because the right treatment depends on what’s actually up there. Soft washing suits most tile types where high pressure would cause damage. However, heavily encrusted surfaces sometimes need a careful scrape-down first, then treatment applied once the tile is clear.

We use biocide-based algae treatments that keep working after we’ve left. A sealed or painted roof also holds up far better going into the wetter months, which, here in Waterford, is most of them.
