Converting garages is something we get asked about constantly. It is one of those jobs that looks straightforward until you are into the groundwork and realise the original slab was never meant to carry a habitable room. We have sorted that situation more than once, I can tell you.

Honest work.

We do not overcomplicate things. A solid blockwork build, a properly tied roof, drainage that actually drains. That is what matters. However, the finish is just as important to us as the structure underneath it.

We use concrete block, sand and cement render, and natural stone depending on what the job calls for. No cutting corners on materials, no vague quotes that balloon halfway through.
