How we work

We’ve rendered the exteriors of plenty of houses around Wicklow using K Rend, which holds up well against the damp and wind you get this close to the coast. It’s not glamorous work, but it protects a building for years and it’s the kind of job a lot of builders skip over too quickly.

And that’s the thing we come back to on every job. The part you don’t see matters as much as the part you do.

Extensions need the right foundation or they’ll move. Loft conversions need proper structural calculations before anyone touches a joist. Blockwork has to be laid correctly the first time. We don’t cut corners because the problems they cause show up years later and always cost more to sort out.
